At least one field must be partially filled in. If you have your bill just enter in the Parcel ID (numbers only, no spaces or dashes). If you enter in an address put in the number and street name (designations such as ST or AV are not needed). If you enter in the name it should be put in as Last Name then First Name (and Middle initial if neccesary).
